The project partners came together on 26–27 August for the final Transnational Partners’ Meeting, as the DigityRoma project comes to an end. In the spirit of collaboration, the meeting provided an opportunity to review achievements, and take stock of what we have already reached, and what remains to be done. Partners discussed the project’s impact on local communities, shared experiences, and reaffirmed their commitment to the sustainability of results beyond the project’s official end

During the two-day gathering we worked through the project’s main work packages, starting with coordination and management, followed by the Open Educational Resources (OER) platform and the Manual for adult educators on digital storytelling. We also discussed the results of piloting the handbook with Roma learners, our dissemination activities, and the stakeholders reached. We highlighted and celebrated the completion of multilingual OER modules, the videos we, and Roma learners created during the last two years and evaluated our work together, acknowledging both the successes and the challenges we encountered on the way.

Looking ahead, partners will now focus on compiling the final report, due in October. Beyond detailing and understanding reporting requirements, partners agreed to continue promoting the OER platform, the manual, and training outputs in their networks, ensuring that the project’s legacy will keep benefitting Roma communities in Europe.
