Date and place: Athens, Greece July 17 2024
The second in-person TPM of the DigityRoma project took place in Athens, Greece, with representatives from Romaversitas, IRMI, E-square, Lendava, Symplexis, and HEEDA participating in detailed discussions on work package progress, outputs, and immediate action points.
This productive gathering ensured project alignment as we move forward with the OER platform, Digital Storytelling methodology, and preparation for the local piloting phase.
WP 2 – OER Development: nearing completion

- Most modules are uploaded or near completion. The Political System module (Romaversitas) is a top priority.
- Role Model Videos:
- Some completed; editing in progress.
- HEEDA will launch the YouTube channel and upload videos from Drive. Partners only need to upload them to Drive.
- OER platform is online and nearly ready: digityroma-oer.eu

- This WP focuses on preparing trainers and educators to use storytelling with Roma learners.
- Discussion about the structure and template and the training participants
WP 4 – Training Evaluation
- Fixing the number of participants, and details

- Facebook page is live with visuals, introductory post, and partner presentations
- Newsletter template is ready
- Dissemination tracker is ready
- Social media schedule is ready: monthly posting rotation among partners
